TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • For table reservations, a 100% deposit shall be paid upon booking.

  • Our mezzanine floors are open to the public from Sunday to Thursday, 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM, and Friday & Saturday, 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM. Outside of these hours, mezzanine access is exclusive to guests with a mezzanine table reservation.

  • Tickets are valid for use only on the date written on the e-ticket.

  • Guests must show booking confirmation via hard copy or mobile device upon arrival at Reception.

  • If you cannot present booking confirmation or valid ID in booking name then the reservation will be denied and no refunds will be provided.

  • All information given to The Iron Fairies must be accurate and current.

  • After completing your booking, an e-booking confirmation will be emailed to your designated email address
    or WhatsApp number.

  • Booking is not applicable for group bookings. All bookings will be treated individually.

  • The Iron Fairies strictly forbids selling of bookings at an increased price by any third party. In such cases bookings will be automatically void with no refund.

  • Accepted forms of payment via online bookings are bank transfer. Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, JCB and QR code.

  • Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

  • Currency conversion rates are estimates only. Final payment calculations will be determined by your financial institutions.

  • All bags or other goods in your possession will be checked upon entering The Iron Fairies premises. All items not permitted will be labeled and held by security until departure.

  • No outside food and drinks are permitted in the venue.

  • Alcoholic drinks are only served to guests 21 years and older.

  • The Iron Fairies reserves the right to change venue layout without notice.

  • No professional photography equipment including video cameras, telescopic lenses or drones are allowed into the venue without prior arrangement with The Iron Fairies Marketing Department.

  • No flash to be used while taking pictures or video.

  • No weapons or dangerous items are allowed in the venue. There will be an exception to this rule in the instance that Police or Army have to escort a VIP Guest.

  • Illegal substances are not allowed in the venue. Indonesia carries severe penalties for possession of illegal drugs.

  • Animals are not permitted in the venue.
