For Cocktails & Bites bookings:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your booking will be automatically cancelled. Failure to attend on the booking date is considered a no-show.

If you fail to attend your reservation and the booking date has passed, it will be considered a no-show. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a no-show.

No. Once the reservation date has passed without attendance, the deposit is forfeited and cannot be transferred or reused.

The minimum spend functions as fully consumable credit for:
• Food
• Drinks & bottles
• Shisha

If your total bill exceeds the minimum spend, you simply pay the difference at the end of your visit.

No. The minimum spend must be used in full on the reservation date and cannot be split or transferred to another day. If there is any remaining balance, you may use it for takeaway bottles on the same night.

No. The bar area is free seating and does not require reservation. Only tables can be reserved.

Yes, our entry policy is free from 7 PM to 10 PM. Please note that this is a one-time entry. If you leave the venue and return—especially after 10 PM when a ticket applies—there will be a charge based on the ticket price for that day.

You can pay your ticket online through our payment link, which will direct you to Xendit Virtual Account. Payment options include:

Yes. Guests attending special nights or shows are encouraged to dress up.

Bookings are 100% refundable only if the venue is closed or a special event is cancelled.

All cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

Failure to attend on the booking date is considered a no-show and subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Date changes are allowed within 24 hours of booking (free of charge).

All amendment requests must be submitted in writing with booking confirmation no later than 6 PM on the booking date and are subject to availability.

Table or sofa upgrades are subject to availability.

Yes. We have a dedicated parking area for motorcycles at the back of the venue, which is free of charge. While for Cars We provide valet parking. The fee is IDR 50,000 per car. Our valet parking is located at Pura Petitenget.
