POLICY

REFUND POLICY

  • Bookings are 100% refundable if the venue is closed or a special event is canceled.

  • If the venue is open and you choose not to attend, then 100% non refundable policy applies.

  • Cancellations are non refundable.

Amendement Policy

  • Date change is available within 24 hours of making the original booking – free of charge. Requests must be submitted in writing to The Iron Fairies.

  • Please note: reservations operating hours are 09.00 – 01.30/02.30 (Friday, Saturday) daily. Requests outside of office hours will be responded to the following morning.

  • Tables & Sofas upgrades can be made at any time, subject to availability.

  • Requests must be submitted in writing to The Iron Fairies.

  • Amendment requests must be submitted in writing with original booking confirmation attached to The Iron Fairies by latest by 6pm the day on your booking.

  • Failure to attend on the day of booking is considered a no show and 100% cancellation fee applies.

DRESS CODE

  • Smart Casual dress standard applies.
  • No Swimshorts, flip-flops, beach sandals, singlets and backpack.

FORCE MAJEURE

  • If for any reason management determines that services purchased can not be provided in full, the booking date may be amended free of charge or a refund may be issued depending on the circumstances.

  • Potential Force Majeure conditions include but are not limited to volcanic activity, fire, strike, flood, earthquake, riots, war, acts of terrorism or government actions.

IMPORTAN INFORMATION

  • You should consider this participation in a responsible manner and with good judgment.

  • We will not be liable for any personal injury or loss where negligence cannot be attributed to the owners and operators of The Iron Fairies.

  • All personal belongings are solely the guests responsibility. The Iron Fairies takes no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items.

  • Guests understand that photos and video footage may be taken for advertising, promotion, and marketing purposes.

  • Restrictions or limitations on access to the venue may be imposed at any time.

  • We may close the complete venue, specific areas and/or on a permanent or temporary basis at any time.

  • If your reservation is affected, The Iron Fairies will contact you as soon as possible and advise the alternatives.

  • We reserve the right to modify these conditions at any time.

TIF POLICY

  • The Iron Fairies has a zero tolerance policy for bad behavior that affects the enjoyment of other guests in our venues.

  • The Iron Fairies reserves the right to evict a guest or complete group immediately if excessive damage, nuisance or unlawful activities occur. If required, the relevant Indonesian authority will be contacted.

  • The Iron Fairies reserves the right to refuse entry or serving alcohol to guests considered too intoxicated.

  • The Iron Fairies decision is final and nil refund will be given in this case.
